Indian Idol 4 To Start Sep 19, 2008

The forth season of Indian Idol is set to take off on Friday, September 19, 2008 on Sony TV. This season the panel of judges will be Anu Malik, Javed Akhtar, Kailash Kher and Sonali Bendre . The registration for contestants began on April 1st, 2008 with audition have taken place in Ahmedabad (May 7 and May 8), Amritsar (May 9 and May 10), Bangalore (May 12 and May 13, Guwahati (May 13 and May 14), Kolkata (Calcutta) (May 20th), Varanasi (May 16 and 17) and Delhi (23 May).
The final 100 probably have been choosen and final 30 will be choosen by October 2008. The Grand Finale of Indian Idol season 4 is scheduled for on or about February 2009.
