Sridevi’s sudden death sent the entire industry into shockwaves. The industry has come to standstill after this unfortunate news was announced on Saturday night. After a long procedure and much trepidation late actress’s mortal remains were released from the morgue in Dubai and handed over to the next of her kin: husband Boney Kapoor. The cause of death was analysed to be accidental death due to drowning in the bathtub. After a long interrogation, investigation and careful analysis the case was cleared. The Kapoor and Marwah family got the mortal remains of Sridevi home in Anil Ambani’s chartered flight back home.

The family has given a chance to the industry and fans to grieve the death of one of the most talented actresses, Indian film industry’s FIRST female superstar. Who’s who of Bollywood is gathered at the Celebration Sports Club in Andheri to pay last respects.

Sushmita Sen, Tabu, Sulbha Arya, Aishwarya Rai, Satish Kaushik, Hema Malini, Esha Deol, Sanjay Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja, Subhash Ghai and other celebs from the Indian film and television industry have arrived. Check out the pics, videos and get ALL updates from the venue live.

The condolence meeting has commenced from 9.30 am and will continue till 12.30 pm. A pooja will be held in the hall with strictly only family members by Sridevi’s side. The funeral and last rites will be held at Vile Parle Seva Samaj Crematorium and Hindu Cemetery from 3:30 pm to 5 pm.

The latest update from the venue is that the actress was draped in her favourite red and yellow Kanjeevaram. Bollwood celebs inclusing Vidya Balan and Hema Malini broke down after seeing her lying serene in a glass box. Hema took to twitter to express her giref once again. She wrote, "Paid my last respects to Sridevi. The entire industry was there grieving, some on the verge of breakdown. Such was her aura & magic in films. She lay there, beautiful in a red saree, serene in death & totally at peace. "
