Celebrities are often roped in to endorse brands or products. However, in the recent past quite a few tourism boards have begun roping in celebrities to endorse either their state or country. Well, joining the likes of Parineeti Chopra, Amitabh Bachchan, Sidharth Malhotra and others who promote tourism to specific places, is none other than the Bharat star Salman Khan. Interestingly, unlike other celebrities who endorse foreign locations, Salman opted to promote the state of Arunachal Pradesh by sporting a traditional jacket called monpa.

Taking to the image sharing site Instagram, Salman Khan posted an image of himself sporting the monpa saying, “Wearing a traditional lovely #monpa jacket from Arunachal Pradesh. If u want to be with real nature and at peace, visit the beautiful #ArunachalPradesh”. Looking at the image we must admit that it is certainly good to see Salman Khan in a different avatar.

Back on the work front, Salman Khan who is currently hosting Bigg Boss season 12 is also working on his next venture Bharat that also stars Katrina Kaif. Besides this, Salman is also helping promote his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma’s debut film LoveYatri that he has produced.
