The Akshay Kumar – Bhumi Pednekar starrer Toilet – Ek Prem Katha released two weeks ago in China. Since then the Shree Narayan Singh directorial that was retitled to Toilet Hero in China has been doing well at the China box office. However, over the past couple of days, the business of Toilet Hero has been seeing a dip in collections, but yet the film manages to feature in the daily highest grossers list.
In fact, continuing its low key run now at the end of its second week, Toilet – Ek Prem Katha has managed to draw in a further USD 0.09 million [Rs. 0.61 cr]. With this, the total collections of Toilet Hero now stands at USD 14.35 million [Rs. 97.34 cr] claiming the seventh position on the daily highest grossers list at the China box office.
As of now, though the collections of Toilet – Ek Prem Katha are dwindling predictions state that they are likely to see a jump over the weekend propelling the film past the Rs. 100 cr mark at the China box office.
