Deviating from the genre of dark and serious films, Phantom pictures produced for a new genre of film with the sex comedy Hunterrr. Starring Gulshan Devaiah, the film which traces the 'sexual' journey of a middle class boy Mandar Ponkshe, who is completely unabashed about his fantasies, however, has failed to make a mark at the box office. Though many critics and masses were impressed with its one liners, this 'A' rated film failed to be a crowd puller. According to our report, the makers of Hunterrr have been incurring losses to the tune of approximately Rs. 3.25 crores. Hunterrr in totality needs to collect a minimum of Rs. 18 crores at the box office to break-even, which looks highly unlikely considering the upcoming releases this week which will pull the audiences. In the final tally, the loss made by Hunterrr is estimated to be around 21% approximately.
