The Aamir Khan starrer Dangal that released on 5th April across the border in China has been doing very well at the box office. Despite the fact that the film hit screens in China much after its release in India and other overseas territories, Dangal has managed to not just entice the audience but has also seen very good growth rate in terms of collections.
Dangal managed to end the Week 1 with a total at 29.16 mil. USD [Rs. 187.57 cr].
It added 13.86 mil. USD [Rs. 88.94 cr.] on Day 9 [Saturday] taking the total gross to 47.19 mil. USD [302.84 cr.]. What is pathbreaking is that the collections of Day 9 were greater than the opening weekend put together.
