Deepika Padukone who is the US, apparently pursuing her prospects there after XXX, resumes shooting for Padmavati at the end of March when she will perform some really difficult scenes.

Says a source in the know, “The battle scenes that Deepika is meant to perform will take her to a new level of on-screen stunts. She will be participating as any warrior in a fierce battle.”

Incidentally, Deepika Padukone’s battle scenes would hit the screen 7 months after Babubali – The Conclusion which will show Tamil-Telugu actress Anushka Shetty in fierce battle scenes.

“Deepika’s battle scenes in Padmavati would have to be notches more complex and sophisticated than what audiences will see Bahubali – The Conclusion,” says the source.
