Her million-dollar smile is the hallmark of her character and her latest flick, Sunday is slated to release soon in cinema halls. Yes, we are talking about the very bubbly Ayesha Takia who captured millions of hearts with her performance in her debut film, Socha Na Tha. She gained much credit for her work in the movie Dor for which she even won the best supporting actress. Now she is coming back with a comic thriller titled, Sunday a Rohit Shetty's film. She interacted live with her fans on Bollywood Hungama Celebrity Chat but those who have missed the golden opportunity to interact with her; we bring you some excerpts of the chat.

Ayesha Takia: Both, as anyone before the release of a film. But it's great film. So, I am sure that everyone will love it.

Ayesha Takia: I am not doing any south film now. Busy with other work.

Ayesha Takia: Thanks, Nagesh saw me in Socha Na Tha... and thought I would fit for Meera character.
Sam123: Did Ajay play any pranks on you?
Ayesha Takia: Well, everyone said that he is a prankster, but he didn't really seem like one. So, it was Rohit Shetty and his team who played the pranks.
Raul: Irrfan khan is such a noted actor, how was it working with him?
Ayesha Takia: Irrfan is a real fabulous actor.
Raj: Hi, how was the atmosphere while shooting for the movie...where did you shoot?
Ayesha Takia: Sunday was a laugh riot. We all had great fun. Everybody got along so well. We shot lots in Delhi and some in Mumbai.
Jahir: You were phenomenal in DOR, I saw the film only for you...so what pranks were played on you?
Ayesha Takia: Thank you so much. Dor is my favorite film. We shot in 50 degrees. So, nobody really had the energy to play the pranks on anyone. So, it was work, work all the way.

GJ: How has life been after Dor...?
Ayesha Takia: Hey! I am doing well. Thanks for asking. Life's been great after Dor, coz' lots of people got to see me do something different. And I feel that it is important for every actor to do a performance role once in a way. People started taking me more seriously as an actress after Dor.
GJ: Nagesh kukunoor is a noted director and does quality work, what briefing did he gave you before starting Dor?
Ayesha Takia: Nagesh is very talented. He told me a lot about the women in Rajasthan and their behavior. Which is dissimilar to the women in the metros?

Ayesha Takia: I am not single, I am seeing Farhan Azmi. But, Hey! Thanks for the compliment.

Ayesha Takia: The scene that was shot at the graveyard and my introduction scene
Amarnathwarty: You favorite scene in DOR ....what is more challenging?
Ayesha Takia: In Dor, I feel the scene where I am with my grandmother was quite challenging.
Saleem kamil: Hi Ayesha, can you tell what's your name in Tasveer and is that a big role or small?
Ayesha Takia: Well, Tasveer is a superb film. And it's a thriller. It's the first time that Nagesh is doing a film on such a big scale.
Asma: what's your New Year resolution?
Ayesha Takia: My New Year resolution is to stay true to myself, as that's the hardest thing in these days and age.
Shah: What is the USP of Sunday how different is it from any other comic thrillers?
Ayesha Takia: Shah, the USP of Sunday is a full on entertainer with a storyline. So, it's not just another comedy

Kabir: How lucky was year 2007 for you?
Ayesha Takia: 2007 was fabulous on a personal level, But Professionally; it was slower than I hoped.
Raul: What would life be without Bollywood to you?
Ayesha Takia: It would be great. Films are my job. But I have a life besides that and I'm sure I will do fine as all of you, who are not in Bollywood.
Manu: 5 things you cannot live without?
Ayesha Takia: Manu, they are my family for sure, Can't really think of any thing else besides that.
chitz0786: Hey Ayesha, one of your biggest fans from Singapore. What are the new projects that you're doing? So if you were not an actress then what would you be?
Ayesha Takia: If not an actress, then, I would have possibly been a travel show host.
Adele: Who is your role model in the industry?
Ayesha Takia: I wouldn't say role model. But I have been a huge fan of Sridevi.
Raul: What price would you pay to gain success?
Ayesha Takia: Raul, besides hard work and luck, I don't think that anything else will work. I would never cross my principles.
Shruti: When was the first time you came on screen...?
Ayesha Takia: Shruti, when I was 4 years old, I did my first ad.
Kabir: You are looking fabulous in the Movie and Also in Song Missing Sunday? Are you dancer?
Ayesha Takia: kabir, thank you very much. I haven't learnt dancing. But I love dancing a lot.
Bapi: how was it working with Ajay?
Ayesha Takia: Bapi, working with Ajay is a pleasure since he has been extremely non-filmy and a very classy human being.

Ayesha Takia: Imgemni, Socha Na Tha was really a very sweet movie. But if something comes up as a project, then maybe I consider.

Ayesha Takia: Sunday is a superb thriller comedy action film. Arshad is always laughing and joking. He is a real sweetheart.
Asim: What was it about Sunday that made you take up the film?
Ayesha Takia: The role of Sunday is something that no actress would love to give up.
Tarun: Are you coming to Dubai in the near future?
Ayesha Takia: I loooooooooooooooooove Dubai. It's one of my favorite places in the world. I hope that I come there soon.
chitz0786: When you're not doing any films, how else do you keep yourself occupied?
Ayesha Takia: When I am not doing films, I am doing my own private things.

Roy: Hi, No Smoking did not work well in India...what's your take on the film considering you did a double role?
Ayesha Takia: Roy, people didn't appreciate the film. But I did it coz' of Anurag Kashyap, who is very close friend of mine.
Hardik: What's the status of Eight by Ten/Tasveer?
Ayesha Takia: Hardik, Tasveer has been shot only fifteen percent and will release in 6-8 months of time.
Amarnathwarty: Which is your favorite song from Sunday?
Ayesha Takia: My favorite song is Loot Liya and Pyaar Tho Hona Hi Tha.

Ayesha Takia: Saleem, I didn't have any action scene. I am really scared of heights and everything that has risks involved.

Ayesha Takia: Niks Sunday is a holiday. So, I will feel bad. I don't mind a Monday missing.

Ayesha Takia: India, Wanted is a masala movie. Salman is doing action after 8 yrs. And Prabhu Deva guarantees great songs.

Ayesha Takia: Varun, no one in particular.
HLK: Ayesha you were awesome in DOR and even in Salaam-E-Ishq, your most beautiful getup till date was in Salaam-E-Ishq.
Ayesha Takia: HLK, Salaam-E-Ishq really gave me a chance to wear Indian costumes. I hope that I do more films like that.

Ayesha Takia: Smash, I have a great working relation with both of them.

Ayesha Takia: Man, De Taali is a sweet film about friendship. It has really amazing music, with E Niwas as a director.

Ayesha Takia: Tj, no YRF movies. All my movies are big banner movies.
Farhan: You did movie Tarzan the Wonder Car, what did you like bout the film? Why?
